I love the articles you have on microwave cooking, spirulina, and this one on arthritis. I have tried to avoid using the microwave except for emergencies for a few months now. It's amazing to me that so few people are aware that there could be any harm at all to food that has been radiated.

I also have arthritis, and the lemon juice does work wonders. You listed this as tip number 5. I actually go to the store and buy about 5-8 lemons, juice all of them and drink the juice through a straw after diluting it with water. When I do this, my arthritis pain is usually completely gone by the next day. (And I've had arthritis pain so bad before that I could not even walk!) I think the lemon juice causes my PH balance to become more alkaline, which not only helps with the arthritis, but fatique also. I plan to bookmark your blog. Thanks for the helpful advice!
